Killererin has been blessed with very talented singers down through the years and in 2004, when it was decided to set up a Benevolent Fund in the parish, John P. Keane who was a member of the committee at the time, offered to produce a CD of local talent.

The CD was very well received and all vocalists gave their services for free.  The CD contains the following songs:

1. The Last Thing On My Mind sung by Gerry McGrath, Ballynakilla, Togher (words and music by Tom Paxton)

2. Bright Blue Rose sung by Caroline Greaney, The New Line (Trad. Arrangement)

3. A Way To Say Goodbye sung by Billy Kemple, Kilmore (Words and Music Rita Flaherty M.S.P.C.)

4. Galway Girl sung by John Keane, Barnaderg (Trad. Arrangement) – Steve Earle
