Ingredients
- 200g flour
- Pinch of salt
- 50g Margarine
- 25g caster sugar
- 1 egg
- A little milk
Method
- Rub the margarine into the flour unti it looks like breadcrumbs
- Stir in the sugar
- Beat the egg and the milk in a small bowl
- Add the eggs and milk to the mixture
- Roll out the mixture on a floured board to at least 1 cm thickness
- Place on a greased tin amd brush with milk
- Bake in a fairly hot oven 215 degrees centigrade for about 15 minutes
- Cool on a wire tray and enjoy!
