Aoibhe, Barnaderg NS, Aged 12

Ingredients

  1. 2 large potatoes

2. 2 tsp of flour

3. 1 egg

4. ½ chopped onion

5. pinch of salt

 

Method

1. Grate potatoes into a bowl.

2. Break in the egg.

3. Add the salt, onion and flour.

4. Mix together with a spoon

5. Then take out a handful of the mixture and form into a cake

6. Fry in a pan

7.. Fry in a pan for two to three minutes each side
