Ingredients

  1. White flour
  2. Brown flour
  3. Bran
  4. Bread soda
  5. Buttermilk
  6. 1 egg

Method

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Then add in the buttermilk and the egg and then mix again.
  3. Put flour on a table and knead.
  4. Put a dusting of flour on a baking tray.
  5. Make the dough into a circle and put a cross with a knife.
  6. Put into the oven at 180 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes approximately.
